FishWise does not handle refunds for PRO subscriptions. All app transactions take place through the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on which device was used to make the purchase. Please contact the appropriate store to submit your refund request.
Google Play - Android
Within 2 hours: You may request a refund directly through your order history within the Google Play Store.
- Under "Order History" find the in-app purchase
- Click on the three dots on the far right and click "Report a Problem" window that pops up
- A new drop down window will appear. Select a reason for submitting a refund request
- Explain your reason in the comment box and hit the "Submit" button
You can request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction if the features included with the subscription are not working properly, was bought by accident, or you changed your mind about the purchase. If your refund is approved by Google, you will lose access to the FishWise PRO subscription content.
